Living conditions for many women and children in Cambodia are harsh with little chance for improvement. EDUCATION is the key. CLEW is a new Canadian charitable organization currently being registered and funded by the Canadian law firm of Bennett Gastle PC. CLEW's mission is EDUCATION. CLEW will support 30 young women in Cambodia each year through a four year university law degree. Each student educated has the capacity to help many more women and improve women's rights within Cambodia. These young women would never be able to obtain this education without aid. You can provide a wonderful opportunity to help them and their families escape the cycle of poverty.

In November, 2009 members and friends of the Bennett Gastle law firm had a wonderful visit in Phnom Penh with the sponsored students from RULE. While there Bennett Gastle purchased an additional two computers (for three in total), two printers and some software for the students. They also made arrangements for internet to be provided at the house where the students live. This will provide them with access to a world of information and unlimited research opportunities. The students are so grateful for all the support they receive and are very happy that they can now work on writing papers from their home with the capability to print. All of the students work very hard and are at the top of their class.
